Founded on December 1987;
The Usimec, a brazilian company, is a manufacturer of mechanical parts and tool maker for miscellaneous industries, like as: Lighting industry, Aerospace Industry, Lamp Glass Industry, Automation Industry and Vehicles Industry. A Factory and Commercializing Company are certified with ISO-9001:2008 by Bureau Verittas Certification (BVQI). Our main services are:
-Services-in precision machining (labor and industrialization) of small and medium sizes, as drawings (Spare Parts), and seriate parts or not seriate;
-Supply in Turn-Key system (full purchase), whose contemplates the project, manufacturing, assembly the mechanical/electronic and pneumatic parts and try-out of machinery and special equipment, devices, fixtures in general, molds for shaping plastic fiber and ... some mechanical parts for different segments of the industry, particularly for the aerospace, lighting and lamp bulbs. For special assemblies we have the Portable Measuring Arm (4 axes) to make it;
-Construction of devices, assemblies and parts of machines (including mounted) as design drawings of the client;
-Machining on CNC-machines by using a CAD/CAM system for man-machine interface, 2 and 3 axes. Included fixtures and molds of Aeronautical and Lamp Glass bulbs.
The Usimec has been working for the lighting industry since 1988. We works for lighting companies as: Philips and Osram, also we works for CVL-Componentes de Vidro Ltda a joint-venture of Philips and Osram to make lamp glass (bulbs and tubes), CVL is the leader and the most important lamp glass manufacturing in Latin America and exports their products to a lot of countries in world.
We already manufactured some mechanical parts for Ribbon and Vello machines, some examples:
-Moulds for bulbs: A-55, A-60, A-17, E-50 and P-45A;
-Complete set of rails for Ribbon: OPC, MC and BHC.
-Manufacture, remanufacture and maintance of all ribbons chains parts: Orifice Plate Chain, Support Chain, Blow Head Chain and Mould Chain.
-Spare parts: orifice plates, blow tip, pocket roller, flat roller and some others. Read more
