Aluminium PCBs made on the bases of technical characteristics of the LEDs or furthers applied electronic components to the dissipate warmth as better as possible using aluminium thicknesses from 0.5mm to 3.2mm
After a long period of studies and researches aimed to the use of specific tools, materials and pecific chemical products we have modified some of our CNC machinery to get the following objectives:
-Mechanical process speed.
-Better design characteristics.
-Non stop each quantity.
-Constant quality on prototype and big series.
-Non stress warmth during processing (max. 30C).
-Little usury on tools (less equipment costs).
-Minimum waste on raw materials (less material costs).
