The company started with marketing activity by selling fluorescent luminaries to electrical contractors and has gradually expanded it business by increasing product range as well as expanding marketing network. To strengthen its position, the company has acquired manufacturing facility including product-testing facility in 1999. In addition, the company has offered various services relative to lighting business to provide added benefit to customers. Today the companys business covers from product design to manufacturing and marketing of products to customers in both domestic and abr ...oad. Significant Steppings of The Company


1993 : Started with 25 million Baht initial capital, the company acquired the business of Yong Enterprise Ltd. Parts., a company marketing fluorescent luminaries to electrical contractors and governmental agencies . The company has gradually expanded its business and has later on become agents for many world-class lighting manufacturers.



19941998 : Constantly increased product range and expand marketing network to fully cover project business as well as wholesale business. Started to offer lighting design, product design and other services relative to lighting business to provide even better value to customers



1999 : Strengthened the company competitiveness by acquiring the T.S. Trunking Co.,Ltd., a company manufacturing fluorescent luminaries and Cable Trunking products. The acquisition of manufacturing facility enables the company to respond more efficiently to the requirement of customers. The company has opened up the export department in response to the export opportunities resulting from the weak Baht.



2000 2001 : Expanded the business to cover modern trade market and offered extensive ranges of decorative lighting products for residential application. Open up the

Lighting Application Center so that customers can see by their own eye how the lighting products can be applied effectively for various applications, The company has also opened up retail business by opening showrooms to display products on the 4th floor of Central Pinklao shopping mall and on the 16th floor of Gypsum Metropolitan tower. To cope with the increasing need of cash resulting from the expansion, the company increased it capital from 25 million Baht to 50 million Baht.



2002 2003: Developed and improved the MIS system as well as the logistics system so that the company can provide faster and better service to customers.



2004 : Increased capital to 105 million Baht and became a public company on April 8, 2004. The company has increased its capital to 137.5 million Baht and was listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand on August 24, 2004.



2005 : Built the third factory to manufacture other indoor and outdoor luminaires in response to theincreasing market demand.

Closed down the cable trunking product operation (non-core and low margins products).

Opened up a Representative office in Ho Chi Mint City, Vietnam to expand the export operation.



2006 : Received investment privilege from Board of Investment (BOI) for the factory expansion and manufacturing modernization.




2007 : Increased registered capital to 305.7 million Baht and paid up capital of 229.2 million Baht.

Built the laboratory equipped with full testing equipment for lighting luminaires. Read more
