GREEN LIGHT L.E.D. Energy Solutions, Inc. is a Philippine company duly-registered under Philippine laws with the Securities and Exchange Commission (CS200901865), with principal incorporators headed by a consortium of experienced American and Filipino businessmen. The stated primary purpose for incorporation is for the manufacture, sub-assembly, and wholesale selling of its lighting products.
GREEN LIGHT L.E.D. was founded in response an existing market need for a competent custom LED service provider. Lighting end-users and specifiers have found that the Philippine LED light market is underdeveloped and uninformed. Current distribution channels are mostly pass-through channels merchants and traders. There are no specialized L.E.D. module manufacturers or assemblers, despite that the ...re is a large market niche for a company to provide assembled and customized LED end-user products.

He also has been involved in many large-scaleconstruction projects including the lighting design. Jim heads the company as its Managing Director.

Well-versed in the nuances of thesemiconductor production industry, Henry also honed his skills with an earlier stint at National Seminconductors. Henry is the companys R&D, and Production Manager.
