We represent the Joint-Stock Company Limited by Shares Bauhof which was founded by the Estonian trading network of building materials Bauhof on the 10 October, 2006 (before it was as Ehitus Service in Estonia). The trading network Bauhof, whose main founders were the ASKEMBLA GROWTH FOND and the company NEMOR INVEST OU, started its work 5 years ago. At the moment, its 9 trading centres are functioning in Estonia, and the network is occupying 20% of Estonian retail market of building basis of the success of the network was created by resolute and opportune decisions on the development of trade, purposeful work, strong partners, intensive publicity, orientation on clients and their acceptable classical conception used by the network which is known in Europe as d ...o-it-yourself, differing by an easy search of necessary goods and non-complicated shopping.
Bauhof Companys values are reasonable risk, innovatory spirit, and the open communication with customers and suppliers. All that enables being one of the leaders of the market and offer to the customers more than 40 000 various goods: basic building and electric installation materials, tools, electric instruments, bathroom and toilet equipment, goods for gardens, kitchen-gardens and homes.
Aiming to implement the strategic tasks, namely to reach the leading position in the building market of the Baltic states in 2-3 years, Bauhof has planned foundation and developing of trading networks in Lithuania, Latvia and Ukraine. From year 2008 already, the network operating in the four countries will have one common name and work conception.
In Lithuania, the Joint-Stock Company Limited by Shares Bauhof, which is providing the creation and development of the building material trading network, has already opened 5 trading centres in Panevėys, iauliai, Alytus, Ukmergė, Klaipėda with the sales area from 4 300 to 12 000 square metres. Bauhof has plans to open centers in Maeikiai, Kėdainiai or Vilnius. By the year of 2012, the foundation of 20 - 25 trading centres is planned. Read more
