Twenty years of previous experience in multi-product palm oil refineries helps us in the process design, operations, quality control, and product development of our current specialized field.
Our manufacturing facilities comprise Raw Materials Storage Tanks exceeding 600 tons, Blending Facilities, Dedicated Beading Towers, Screening Machines, Bagging Machines, Palletizing and Warehousing Facilities. These are housed within a covered factory building with an area of 24,000 sq. ft. Our maximum combined capacity is 100 tons per day.
As with all industries in Malaysia we are governed by Federal, State and Local laws and regulations pertaining to labour practices, working conditions, effluents, building and machinery design and safety.
Export facilities are excellent with ports near us ... - at Pasir Gudang 10 kilometers and at Tanjung Pelepas - 50 kilometers away serving the worlds major shipping lines.
Product testing and development is an integral part of our operations for which we are well equipped. Our laboratory equipment includes Gas Chromatograph, Fume Cupboard, Lovibond Tintometer, UV/VIS Spectrophotometer, Melt Point Analyzer. Read more
